JB HI-FI has announced today the 100% acquisition of The Good Guys for a total cash consideration of $870m. The acquisition will be funded through a 1 for 6.60 fully underwritten, pro-rata, accelerated, renounceable entitlement offer of approximately $394m, with the balance funded through debt facilities.

The Board of Imdex Ltd has announced today a placement of approximately 72.72m new ordinary shares at an issue price of 55cps to qualified institutional and sophisticated investors. The placement to raise $40m will be done in two tranches – with Tranche 1 to be issued on 12th September, and Tranche 2 on the 17th October 2016. A share purchase plane (SPP) for $5m will also take place.

Troy Resources has announced today an equity raising of up to approximately $40.7m. This includes a 15% institutional placement to raise up to approximately $18.4m, and a pro-rata 1 for 5.5 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approx. $22.3m. This will mean approximately 113m new Tory shares will be issued, representing 33% of existing issued capital. The offer price is expected to be 36cps, which represents a 14.8% discount to the 5 day VWAP.

NEXTDC has announced today that is undertaking a fully underwritten Capital Raising to raise approximately $150m. It consists of an institutional placement to raise approximately $50m at $4.06 per share, and a 1 for 9.1 accelerated non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer to raise approximately $100m at $3.74 per share.

ANZ has announced today a new issue of ANZ Capital Notes 4 - ANZPG. The issue is to replace the CPS2, and to issue approximately 10 million ANZ Capital Notes 4 at the issue price of $100, in order to raise $1b (more or less).
