Estia Health announced an Institutional Entitlement Offer of a 1 for 3 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer for new shares. It is expected to raise $72m at $2.10. A Retail Entitlement is expected to raise $65m.

Freedom Foods Group has announced the pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer and institutional placement to raise approximately $62m at a price of $4.45. The offer is at 2 new shares for every 25 held at the record date. The issue price represents a 5.9% discount to the 30 day VWAP.

Boral has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Headwaters Incorporated for around $2.6 billion USD. Boral intends to raise A$2,058m in new equity to partially fund the acquisition.

Insurance Australia Group today announced an offer to raise $300m with the ability to raise more or less. The Capital Notes are scheduled to pay quarterly floating rate discretionary distributions which are expected to be fully franked. The optional exchange date will be 15 June 2023, and they will mandatorily convert to IAG shares on 16 June 2025.

They have announced an IPO to enable ASG to expand its existing operations, fund the Acquisition and to enhance its financial flexibility to pursue growth opportunities.
