The Australian Small Scale Offerings Board (ASSOB) included a piece on how Cygura can help start ups to manage their investor register in their latest newsletter (November 2014).
ASSOB is Australia’s largest capital raising platform for unlisted companies, and predominantly operates under the Corporations Act 2001 section 708’s Small scale offerings (20 issues or sales in 12 months). They assist private, unlisted and pre-IPO companies to raise business capital between $250,000 and $5million.
“Funders can be anyone from friends, family and followers, colleagues, customers or suppliers, who all believe and place their trust in the individuals who run the company, to wholesale and sophisticated investors or professional and overseas investors who believe in a company’s idea, business plan, management, strategies and direction” they say.
Cygura is a cost-effective way for these companies to manage their sophisticated investor register in line with Corporations Act requirements.
