Stockwell Funds Management has announced today an opportunity for Sophisticated and Wholesale investors to invest alongside Stockwell in the Muse Investment Trust.

The Trust has been established to provide a loan facility to the Borrower who will use the funds to cover early development works and assist with construction costs for the Muse development at West End.

The total capital raising amount is for a minimum of $6m investment, with minimum applications for $250,000.

Some key features of the Trust include:

• Cash returns of 13% per annum (compound interest) over the investment term;
• Short investment term of 18 – 24 months from the first drawdown;
• No fees payable by investors;
• Mortgage and company guarantee securities provided;
• Stockwell related entities will also provide at least $6 million in equity to the project, aligning the interests of both investor and developer; and
• Applications are expected to close on or before 27th November 2015.
