Link Group is the largest provider of technology-enabled outsourced administration service for superannuation funds in Australia. They are also a leading provider of shareholder management and analytics, share registry services and other value added services to corporate clients both in Australia and globally.

Link Group has announced an IPO of shares to raise total proceeds of $879.2m to $946.5m, which will have an indicative market capitalisation of $2-2.3b. Link Group’s existing shareholders will retain approximately 211.1m shares or 58% of th approximate shares on issue following the completion of the Offer.
