Stockwell Funds Management is pleased to announce the launch of their latest unlisted investment fund, The Bribie Lifestyle Village Investor Trust (Trust).

The investment objective of the Trust is to generate a targeted annual income of 15% for investors over the term of the Trust.

The Trust will raise a maximum of $13 million from investors to assist Stockwell to develop the Solana Lifestyle Resort on Bribie Island, which caters for over 50s seeking independent retirement living.

Key features of the Trust include: 

• Cash income of 15% (simple interest) at completion of each stage (anticipated to be years 1 - 4)
• Capital Repayments of 50% each on completion of stages 2 and 4
• Securities provided
• Short investment term of 2 - 4 years
• No fees payable by investors
• Site works have commenced
• Strong market demand for affordable senior accommodation
• Adjoins the Woolworths & Target anchored Bribie Island Shopping Centre that services the region
• Stockwell related entities will also provide equity to the project aligning the interest of both the investor and manager
• Invest alongside Stockwell, an experienced property developer with a proven track record of delivering successful residential projects in South-East Queensland.
