Blue Sky Alternatives has announced today an equity raising via a placement to institutional, professional and sophisticated investors to raise approximately $30m, and an accelerated 1 for 10 non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $36.8m.
The offer price for the Placement and Entitlement Offer will be $6.50. Fund raised will be used for additional capital for co-investment in funds managed, balance sheet support for new funds launched, and to demonstrate balance sheet scale to potential institutional mandates.
